Start the day with a temple hopping tour by covering Tara Devi Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple, and Jakhu Temple.

If you love marveling at architectural masterpieces, the visceral lodge makes for a good excursion. Once the residence of the Indian Viceroy, it has now been transformed into the Indian Institute of Advanced Studies.

The Army Heritage Museum is another must-visit. In the evening stroll along Mall road – the centre of attraction in Shimla. Lined with hotels, restaurants, clubs, and shops, it’s a good place to enjoy scenic views whilst enjoying a cup of coffee (Vehicle entry is prohibited on Mall Road).

You can shop at the nearby Lakkar Bazaar and look for antiques and woodwork or just enjoy the view of the city at Scandal point, a meeting place for the locals. The Christ Church and Kali Bari Temple are other popular tourist hangouts in the vicinity.
